The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories.
Invoice or order confirmation email must be provided at the time of return request.

Items marked as “Non-returnable” or “Final Sale”

Approval – Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
Pick-up/Shipping – Depending on your location, we may arrange pick-up or you may need to ship the item back.
Inspection – Returned products are inspected before refund/replacement is processed.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (Bank/UPI/Wallet/Credit Card) within [7–10 business days] after the returned item is received and inspected.
In case of COD orders, refund will be credited to your bank account (details to be provided).
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
If you received a defective, damaged, or wrong item, you may request a free replacement.
Exchange is subject to availability of stock. If the product is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.
Once shipped, cancellations will be treated as returns.
